Papers reporting original* and unpublished research results pertaining to the related topics are solicited. Full paper manuscripts must be in English of up to 7 pages as per instructions given below (Pages can be more than 7, by paying extra charges).


*(papers with plagiarism more than 30% will be outrightly rejected)

Instructions:


Manuscripts should include author names and contact information. 


The text should be double column, single-spaced, using a standard paper size (8-1/2” x 11” or A4), with 12-point font. 


Footnotes and “notes” for tables and figures can be single spaced and in smaller font (no less than 10 point). 

 

Additional Instructions for Final Submission of Accepted Papers 

  • Citations and References

Citations should conform to the style guidelines of the APA. An alphabetical list of references must be provided at the end of the paper. In the body of the paper, references can be cited directly in the text, principally in footnotes, or using a mix of both approaches. 

  • Figures and Tables

If your paper includes supplying color figures or halftones (photos), ensure that there is sufficient contrast to enable clear black and white printing. Do not put boxes around figures

 

   

Indexing


Post conference, proceedings will be made available to the following indexing services:

  • ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index - ISI Web of Science
  • Google Scholar
  • Scopus
  • DBLP

Depending on the focus of the particular indexing services, they may decide to include or not. If included one can expect it in 12-18 months. DBLP and Google Scholar are fast. 

Acceptance & Publication


After a double-blind peer review, qualifying Regular Papers may be accepted as either Full Papers or Short Papers. 

 

  • All accepted and presented papers of the conference will be included in ELSEVIER-SSRN digital library
  • The papers must be part of the worldwide scholarly discourse in the field covered by the library. The reviews will be done to make sure papers are relevant for the chosen classifications to ensure  subscribers receive relevant content. 
  • NO extra fee is charged from authors for inclusion in the digital/eLibrary. Most of the articles in the digital/eLibrary will have the full text of the article available online in open access so authors can view/download their papers at NO extra cost.
  • NO subscription is required on the part of any organization, school, or individual author as a prerequisite to submission or download.
  • Authors will grant a non-exclusive, revocable license that allow to provide services to users. 
  • The proceedings page would be permanently available, not need to pay an additional fee to keep the papers available on digital library.

 

Presentation in  Absentia: 

 

The author(s) NOT from India who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register and present their paper through SKYPE.  

 

If you are a single author and cannot attend the conference, you may choose to attend the conference by paying the registration fee and present your paper through SKYPE. You shall be sent a Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings link and relevant literature by mail. 

Accommodation 

Limited accommodation on actual charges may be available at MNIT guest house/hostels

on a first come, first served basis. Request for accommodation needs to be made

in advance. The conference committee can also arrange budget hotels on a request.
